Hi, I’m Ben.
After after running my own home service business and doing marketing for others, I realized that one of the biggest revenue leaks for small service businesses isn’t marketing.
It’s missed phone calls.
Customers often want to talk to someone immediately, and when calls go unanswered, they move on. They call the next company.
At the same time, I hated being tied to the phone during operating hours, nights, and weekends. It makes it hard to grow a business and have a life outside of work.
